Insl-x Products Corporation Acquires Trinity Coating's Wood Coatings Division

Stony Point, New York -- Insl-x Products Corporation announced that it has entered into an agreement with Trinity Coatings whereby Insl-x will acquire Trinity's Wood Coatings Division. The acquisition is consistent with Insl-x Products' strategy to further develop and strengthen its wood coatings business.

James Weil, President of the Insl-x Products Corporation, said, "Today's announcement builds on the success of our 2004 acquisitions of Coronado and Lenmar and expands our geographic footprint. Trinity is an established leader in the lacquer business with a proven track record of exceptional products and customer service. Insl-x will continue to manufacture at Trinity's existing Mineral Wells, Texas facility and plans an expansion at that location in the near future.
