Huntsman Performance Products Announces Price Increase

The Woodlands, TX - Huntsman Performance Products, a business division of Huntsman Corporation, announced price increases for five of its products, effective May 1.

Huntsman will increase the list and off-list price of its Surfonic® N - series surfactants by $0.03 per pound, the off-list price of its Surfonic® L - series and DA - series alcohol ethoxylates by $0.03 per pound and the off-list price of its Surfonic® TDA - series alcohol ethoxylates by $0.05 per pound. The company also will increase the price of its dinonylphenol by $0.10 per pound.

Huntsman Vice President, David Parkin, said the price increases reflect increasing raw material and energy costs, and continued tightness in the market.
