("GRIT") is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a locally owned, related industry sector, Sandblasting & Painting Company, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This LOI has fundamentally been agreed upon and signed by both groups. GRIT will log this noteworthy event as the catalysis compelling management in acting upon corporate growth strategy plans.
