Jotun Egypt used its revolutionary Single Source Solution concept to complete painting the first phase of the Marassi development, a world class tourist and residential project in Egypt.

Spread over 1,554 acres of the pristine Sidi Abdel Rahman bay, Marassi is a 6.25 million square meter integrated, year round destination, with an impressive spectrum of premier resort communities and amenities.

Jotun used a range of paints such as Jotashield Top Coat Silk, Fenomastic, and Penguard FC to protect 250 villas, a beach club house and a golf academy, covering an area of 81,000 square meters.

"We have built our global repute by associating our paint products with iconic developments and landmarks across the region. We leverage our pioneering Single Source Solution concept to effectively address the unique requirements of our regional clients. Our involvement in the prestigious Marassi project signifies our growing strength in Egypt, while giving us an excellent opportunity to highlight the superiority of our individual speciality paint brands", comments General Manager Jotun Egypt, Per Harald Engesaeth.

Home to lavish Armani residences, the Marassi development also offers a world class beach resort, a bustling town centre and marina, an 18-hole golf course and a hand-picked selection of exclusive hotels. The Marassi project is developed by Emaar Misr, an Egyptian subsidiary of the global property developer Emaar Properties.
