Eastman Names Warmack Global Head of Coatings and Adhesives

KINGSPORT, Tenn. -- Eastman Chemical Company has named Damon C. Warmack as vice president and general manager for Eastman's coatings, adhesives, specialty polymers and inks business organization. Warmack was previously vice president and general manager for resins, inks and monomers, as well as president of Eastman's Asia Pacific region.

Warmack joined Eastman in 1980 in Chemical sales representative. Since then, he has served in a variety of increasingly responsible positions. In 1990, Warmack became Eastman's general manager in Taiwan, which began more than a decade of management assignments in the Asia Pacific region, before returning to the USA in 2003.

A native of Pensacola, Florida, Warmack received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Florida.
