Eastman Increases Propionic Acid Prices on July 1

KINGSPORT, Tenn -- Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products effective July 1. These increases are due to increased market demand and operating costs, particularly in raw materials, energy and freight.

Eastman Propionic Acid: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.03/lb ($US 0.066/kg, € 0.05/kg) globally.

Eastman Propionic Acid, Feed Grade: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.03/lb ($US 0.066/kg, € 0.05/kg) globally.

Eastman Propionic Acid P Grain and Hay Preservative: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.03/lb ($US 0.066/kg, € 0.05/kg) globally.

Eastman Propionic Acid, Food Grade: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.03/lb ($US 0.066/kg, € 0.05/kg) globally.

Eastman Propionic Acid, Food Grade Kosher: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.03/lb ($US 0.066/kg, € 0.05/kg) globally.

Eastman Propionic Acid, Kosher: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.03/lb ($US 0.066/kg, € 0.05/kg) globally.

Eastman Propionic/GAA Feed 80/20: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.03/lb ($US 0.066/kg, € 0.05/kg) globally.

Tenox P-RF: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.03/lb ($US 0.066/kg, € 0.05/kg) globally.
