Dynea resumes Dynoadd® distribution in North America and Asia Pacific

Published on 2005-08-11. Author : SpecialChem

Dynea and Cytec Industries have agreed to terminate their current arrangement for the distribution of Dynoadd® additives in North America and the Asia Pacific region as of August 1, 2005.

This decision has been brought about by Dynea's plans to strengthen its Dynoadd® additives' marketing organisation, as well as on-going changes in Cytec's organisation and product lines, due to its recent acquisition of UCB's Surface Specialty business.

In North America, Dynea's local sales and logistics personnel will serve Dynoadd® additives customers with deliveries directly from Dynea stock points in Canada and the USA.

In Asia Pacific, Dynoadd® additives customers will be served from Dynea's local stock points in Shanghai and Singapore or through local distributors in the region. This operation will be supported by regionally dedicated sales and technical personnel employed by Dynea.
