DuPont Announces Senior Leadership Changes

DuPont announced the following organizational changes involving members of its senior leadership team:

Thomas M. Connelly

Tom Connelly, executive vice president and chief innovation officer, will add responsibility for DuPont Electronic & Communication Technologies. He will assume the responsibilities of Craig Naylor, group vice president, DuPont Electronic & Communication Technologies, who is retiring at the end of the year following 36 years of service. Connelly will retain responsibility for DuPont Bio-Based Materials and for the company's research and development efforts.

David Bills will become chief marketing and sales officer. He succeeds John Hodgson, senior vice president and chief marketing and sales officer, who will retire at the end of the year following 40 years of service.

David is currently vice president and general manager of DuPont Global Biotechnology. He joined DuPont in 2001 and has served as vice president of Corporate Plans, and vice president and general manager of both DuPont Displays and DuPont Fluoroproducts. Prior to joining DuPont, Bills was a partner with McKinsey & Company, where he led the firm's worldwide Growth Strategy Practice and was a leader of the Industrial Marketing Practice. In his new role, he will report to Ellen Kullman, executive vice president.
