Published on 2005-05-27. Author : SpecialChem

Peroxymeric Chemicals, a business unit of Epoxy Products and Intermediates of The Dow Chemical Company, is increasing list and off-list prices for select TONE™ caprolactone-based products and FLEXOL™ EPO (epoxidized soybean oil). The increases are effective July 1, 2005, or as contract terms permit. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Prices will increase as follows:
TONE polymer 767 powder
TONE polymer LPS60HP
TONE monomer M-100

Dow offers a comprehensive line of TONE caprolactone products including di- and tri-functional polyols, specialty (meth)acrylated monomers, linear low-melting crystalline homopolymers and epsilon-caprolactone monomer. FLEXOL EPO is primarily used to keep plastics and rubber soft and pliable in flooring, upholstery, food packaging, hoses, tubing, blood bags and other products.

Customers interested in learning more about the price increases should contact their local Dow sales representative.
