Published on 2010-04-08. Author : SpecialChem

BRUSSELS -- Cytec Industries Inc., a technology leader in UV/EB curable resins, will present 'Food Safety in the Printing Industry' at the VMT Conference in Maarssen, Netherlands.

"UV/EB curable inks bring innovation and diversification into packaging and they are a perfect answer to the market trends as just-in-time deliveries, short runs, etc. New resin developments, which are produced under GMP, have made it possible to develop UV/EB curable inks with low migration, responding to the European regulations concerning food safety", says Marc Heylen, Technical Service & Development Manager Radcure EMEA.

"During the presentation, the integration of these new UV/EB curable EBECRYL® LEO resins into a printing process taking into account food safety will also be discussed", he adds.

The presentation 'Food Safety in the Printing Industry' will be given (in Dutch) on April 9th, 2010 at 11.45 am at the Plaza Hotel in Maarssen, Netherlands. Cytec is a pioneer in the development of UV/EB curable resins that allow its customers to create sustainable change for the industries they serve.
