CPS Color establishes Asia Pacific headquarters in Shanghai

Vantaa, Shanghai -- In order to provide its customers with faster service and cater for their current and future needs in the field of tinting systems, CPS Color is locating its Asia Pacific headquarters in Shanghai, China. The operation is expected to be completed by the end of December 2006.

Arto Metsänen, Chief Executive Officer of CPS Color Group Oy, comments: “The Asia Pacific region is of great strategic importance for CPS Color. For many years, we have actively served our customer base in the region from local offices. With the establishment of regional headquarters in Shanghai, we will be able to strengthen our sales and technical support activities for the whole Asian region. The headquarters are closely located to our Shanghai colorant development and production facilities. This will help us improve the relationship between the local needs and our product offering. We are strongly convinced that the new set-up will prove to be beneficial for our customers, supporting them in their future business growth through a solid partnership.”

Besides its regional headquarters, CPS Color has also centralized its warehousing in Shanghai, to provide its customers with timely deliveries of colorants. As before, customers will be serviced by experienced sales and technical representatives from CPS Color’s vast network of own offices covering the whole Asia Pacific region. CPS Color has further production and sales facilities in Sydney (Australia), Damman and Mumbai (India).
