Columbian Chemicals Co. has appointed Brenntag, the global
leader in the chemical distribution market, as a distributor for Bolivia,
the Caribbean, Central America, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela,
effective January 1, 2006. Brenntag Latin America, Inc., will sell and
distribute Columbian's high quality industrial and rubber carbon
blacks in these countries.
This partnership strengthens Columbian's commitment
to providing more value for its customers by gaining efficiencies through
consolidated distribution channels and an unrivalled, state-of-the-art
distribution network.
