Published on 2009-03-24. Author : SpecialChem

GENAY, France -- The 2009 edition of European Coatings Show is taking place from March 31 to April 2, in Nurnberg. This show gathers the industry for business, technical and scientific exchanges. Coatex will participate to this event and present its latest developments for the Decorative Coatings market and for the Construction Market.

Maintaining the excellence of the performances perceived by the end user while formulating with environment friendly components at competitive cost is the challenge faced by the Paints & Coatings industry. Latest VOC regulations further strengthen this challenge. To provide innovative water borne solutions, Coatex has developed the Coapur™ XS series. Coapur™ XS are VOC free, APEO and heavy metal free.

Dr Denis Ruhlmann will present the benefits they brought to the formulator on April 2nd, 2009 at 11:30, Hall 6 stand 6-33.

The reason behind the sustained use of concrete admixtures is their inherent ability to enhance mechanical performances of concrete as well as reducing its cost and CO2 footprint.

These benefits are obtained by the use of superplasticizers which enable the concrete formulator to drastically reduce the amount of water needed. Tailoring the architecture of the superplasticizer is key for optimizing its performances, Dr David Platel will present the possibilities opened by a Coatex proprietary technology, Ethacryl™, in a conference on March 31st, 2009 at 15:00, Room Kopenhagen, ECS Congress Center.

During the European Coatings Show, Coatex team will welcome you Hall 7 - Stand 249 for technical discussions and exchanges.
