Chromaflo Acquires Rolfes Colour Pigments to Expand Footprint in South Africa

Chromaflo Technologies has announced the acquisition of Rolfes Colour Pigments International (RCPI) of South Africa. The acquisition of RCPI includes the liquid dispersion business and the pigment trading business. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

Sale of the RCPI Pigment Trading Division to Chemipol Solutions


In line with Chromaflo’s core focus and competence, and to best serve the customer base, Chromaflo completed the simultaneous sale of the RCPI pigment trading division to Chemipol Solutions (Pty) Limited. Chemipol is a well-known and respected raw material supplier to the South African market and is ideally placed to serve the pigment trading customers.
