Celanese Chemicals Announces Polyol Price Increases

DALLAS -- Celanese Chemicals announced to increase off-list
prices on the following Polyol products effective January 1, 2006, or
as contracts allow. At the same time, validity changes from quarterly
price protection to monthly price protection for all customers and regions.
