Cardolite at ChinaCoat 2012: to Present its Renewable, CNSL Polyols for Industrial Use

Published on 2012-11-22. Author : SpecialChem

Cardolite will be exhibiting its latest renewable, CNSL based products at the Chinacoat 2012 show in Guangzhou on Nov 28-30. Cardolite new polyols, phenalkamides, and cost effective curing agents are amongst the product lines that will be highlighted at the show.

CNSL polyols were developed for buried pipe applications where water and chemical resistance is very important. These polyols can also be used to improve flexibility and adhesion of two component coatings.

Phenalkamides are a new category of epoxy curing agents that fill a gap between polyamide and phenalkamine technology. These curing agents provide good color stability and extended overcoatability in addition to excellent anti-corrosion properties and fast cure.

Cost effective phenalkamines enable good corrosion protection and fast low temperature cure at an affordable cost.

In addition, Cardolite will be presenting a paper on its new high performance CNSL tank lining phenalkamine product line. These phenalkamines withstand some of the most aggressive chemicals even in extreme conditions such as high temperatures. Designed to meet new requirements from the petrochemical industry, these epoxy curing agents provide fast cure at low temperature for quick return to service and protect tank linings from a variety of chemicals making it a multi-use, all season solution for coating formulators.

To learn more about their new renewable products and visit Hall 10.2, booth E15-17 to see their presentation on tank lining phenalkamine technology.
