BASF Colors Win Award in Tokyo

"Premium Liquid Silver", Fountain Blue" and "Champaign Gold Opal" are winners in Tokyo

Münster/Tokyo. Customers of the BASF NOF Coatings Co., Ltd. (BNC) have taken home three prizes at the sixth annual Auto Color Awards in Tokyo. The event was organized by the Japan Fashion Color Association (JAFCA) which is supported by 700 companies.

The Subaru Legacy in 'Champaign Gold Opal' won the 'Sophisticated Color Price' award. BNC was awarded the 'Auto Color Designers Price' twice, for both the Nissan Teana in 'Fountain Blue' and the Nissan Fairlady Z in 'Premium Liquid Silver'.

The Auto Color Award is a unique event in Japan, prizes are awarded by a panel of designers and color experts from beyond the automotive industry.
