Allnex at SSPC 2014: to Exhibit New Easy Cure System for WB Epoxy Coatings

SMYRNA, Georgia -- Allnex recently announced the Company will be showcasing its technologies for protective coatings at the upcoming SSPC 2014 (featuring GreenCOAT) conference and exhibition. Allnex is a Gold Sponsor for the conference, organized by the Society for Protective Coatings, taking place on February 10-13, 2014 in Orlando, Florida.

A technical presentation entitled "Is Your Waterborne 2K Epoxy Formulation Giving You a Headache? Here is the Cure!" will be given by Dr. Ramon Sanchez-Morillo, Technical Specialist for Protective Coatings at Allnex, on Thursday, February 13, at 11:00 am at SSPC 2014.

According to Dr. Sanchez-Morillo, “With Allnex’s new Easy Cure System, formulators can now develop waterborne epoxy systems that offer the performance and handling of solvent-based coatings. The Easy Cure System is composed of three elements: the BECKOCURE™ hardener and two epoxy resins - BECKOPOX® EP 2384w/57WA and BECKOPOX 387w/52WA, and brings many cost saving opportunities through easy handling and application, improved productivity, and compatibility with a wide range of pigments and filler, just to name a few.”
