Powder coatings Channel
Contrary to liquid coatings, powder coatings are processed as solids making them an environment friendly alternative to solvent based paint. They are melted in the baking oven to form films & also have shown to possess significant durability and resistance to abrasion, corrosion, scratching, and chemicals. They don't need solvent to keep binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. Powder coatings, which can either be applied by electrostatic spray or by fluidized-bed powder coating, can be used in a wide range of applications such as automotive, building & construction, electronics, etc.
