VYLON® UR-1410

Polyester urethane (urethane modified copolyester resin). Exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance, high modulus and high glass transition temperature. Possesses improved heat resistance when used with a crosslinking agent. Shows adhesion on PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PVC (polyvinyl chloride) films and metals. Has excellent pigment (iron oxide, titanium dioxide, etc.) compatibility and dispersibility. Offers hardness and forms tough coated films. Applications include magnetic paints and coatings for electric wires.
