TEGO® Variplus EP-1201 TF

TEGO® Variplus EP-1201 TF by Evonik is polyurethane polyol resin. Used as a co-binder, solution of a hard resin for solvent-borne formulations in flexo and gravure inks, wood and furniture coatings. Offers improved adhesion on many plastics and aluminum. Exhibits improved hardness, gloss and blocking resistance. Improves color strength of pigmented formulations. Possesses increased drying speed. Provides high light and heat resistance. Is formaldehyde-free. Increases not only solids content and accelerates touch drying but also improves numerous properties such as hardness, gloss and film build. TEGO® Variplus EP-1201 TF can be used as pigment concentrate resins for the most diverse pigments which enables very good gloss to be obtained at very high pigment loading.
