TEGO® Variplus CA

TEGO® Variplus CA by Evonik is a solvent-free, ketone-aldehyde condensation resin. It provides viscosity reduction, pigment wetting and adhesion improvement (metal, plastics). It offers improved adhesion on aluminum and steel. Exhibits improved hardness, gloss and blocking resistance. It offers increased drying speed. It increases not only solid content and accelerates touch drying but also improves numerous properties such as hardness, gloss and film build. TEGO® Variplus CA is used as a co-binder, a hard resin solution for solvent-borne formulations in industrial, wood, furniture and can coatings.
