It is made from gum rosin, high molecular polymer, unsaturated dibasic acid and polyalcohol by condensation and esterification, followed by addition of heat-stabilizer and light-stabilizer. It is an irregular hemisphere particle. Offers good resistance to crushing, resistance to crocking, abrasion resistance, appropriate levelling and fast drying. Also gives good resistance to yellowing and ageing. Specially recommended for making hot-melt traffic road-marking paints.
