RANBAR® 4489-M-60 by Huntsman is a silicone modified, long soya oil alkyd resin. It provides superior weathering and gloss retention, good water resistance, film hardness and heat resistance. Applications include high-quality architectural finishes, exterior tank coatings, bridge coatings and electrically insulating coatings. RANBAR® 4489-M-60 is also used in railroad finishes, high-quality maintenance finishes and heat-resistant coatings.
