APEO free pure acrylic polymer produced with UV crosslinking technology. Possesses very good low temperature flexibility, early tack resistance and improved long term dirt pick-up resistance needed for exterior masonry paints. Doesn’t shows yellowing at UV exposure. Offers good adhesion to a variety of substrates. Has very low water absorption. Is internally plasticized, and eliminates the need for external plasticizer. Exhibits permeability to water vapor, very good UV curability and dry film tack-free. On account of its very good UV and crack resistance, outstanding balance of elongation, tensile strength and dirt pick-up resistance over a wide temperature range is suitable for formulation of textured topcoat, elastomeric wall coatings, roof mastics, semi-flexible masonry paints. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
