Pliotec® EL45

Pliotec® EL45 by Synthomer is a water-based acrylic elastomeric latex. Exhibits good mechanical stability and excellent tensile/elongation properties, enabling it to be applied on green stucco. Offers superior alkali and dirt pick-up resistance. Improves color retention, adhesion, bond strength and durability of concrete mixes. Imparts excellent high temperature pot life when used as an admixture. Pliotec® EL45 is designed for EIFS and concrete admixtures, exterior paint, concrete curing, masonry and vertical coatings. It has a shelf life of 12 months at 5-40°C.
