SETAL® 12-1646

SETAL® 12-1646 by allnex is a fast drying, rosin and phenolic modified alkyd resin. Offers quick sanding. It dries to a hard, tough and solvent resistant film. Used in the formulation of primers which have exceptionally good resistance to corrosion and lifting by subsequent topcoats. Suitable for fast dry drum enamels, industrial finishes, low bake primers and enamels. SETAL® 12-1646 meets the resin requirement of Federal Paint Specification TT-P-664C for rust inhibiting, lacquer resistant primer. It has a shelf life of 2 years at upto 100°F.
