Rovene® 5550 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a self-crosslinking, carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion. It offers soft, resilient hand with outstanding strength properties. It is a binder imparting excellent water & solvent resistance, low foaming, excellent tensile strength and good adhesion to a wide variety of fibers. It has a fast cure rate and can be easily sprayed. Rovene® 5550 is especially suited for coating applications.
