Sancure™ 20037F

Low VOC aliphatic polyester waterborne urethane. Designed as a flame retarding binder for use in applications that need to pass such tests as NFPA 701 (vertical burn) or MVSS302 (horizontal burn). Can be compounded with other flame retardants, binders or crosslinkers such as melamine formaldehyde resin, or aziridine, or epoxy crosslinkers to modify the cured film properties or enhance the flame retardance of the coating. Shows very good adhesion to nylon and polyester. Offers good hydrolytic stability, light fastness, flame retardance. Used for stiff, flame retarding coatings on nylon and polyester fabrics, vertical blinds, window shades, and nonwovens.
