Setaprint™ 150 A

Setaprint™ 150 A by Lawter is an unique ultra-high molecular weight phenolic modified rosin ester. Possesses high viscosity while maintaining a workable dilution range. Exhibits stable rheology under high shear conditions, good water balance & holdout, no misting, high melt point and heat resistance. Provides greater compatibility with drying oils and alkyds than ever achieved at this viscosity. Shows improved gloss, transfer, dot sharpness, gel structure and press stability. It has an inner structure in solution, allowing for reduction in gelling agents and improved stability of gelled systems. Setaprint™ 150 A is used in heatset gel vehicles, sheetfed gel vehicles, gloss varnishes and overprint varnishes.
