An aqueous sulfo polyester dispersion containing 30% resin solids. Exhibits adhesion, gloss, low odor, fast drying speed, transparency, rub and scuff resistance to an ink, coating or primer. Can be used as a sole resin in a system, or in combination with a higher Tg sulfo polyester polymer as a plasticizing resin. Used in water-based primers, flexo and gravure inks.
