TEGO® AddBond HS

TEGO® AddBond HS by Evonik is a water-insoluble, styrene-free polyester resin. It is a colorless liquid with ester-like odor. Exhibits excellent adhesion on metal (aluminum, steel and galvanized steel) and fixation of aluminum pigments. Also exhibits good adhesion on plastics (PVC and ABS), flexibility and viscosity reduction/increase of solids content. Offers improved intercoat adhesion and corrosion protection. TEGO® AddBond HS is suitable for solvent borne formulations and highly suitable for high solids coatings formulations. Applications include industrial coatings, silk screen inks and architectural coatings. Recommended dosage level is 3-15% (solid calculated on binder solid).
