Ancarez™ AR 550

Ancarez™ AR 550 by Evonik is a waterborne solid epoxy resin dispersion delivered at 55% solids in water. It is designed for use in two-component, ambient cure epoxy systems. It possesses zero VOC capability and fast dry speed. It offers very good universal colorant acceptance, high gloss and zero induction time. It provides early water- and high corrosion resistance. It exhibits low odor, lower cost-in-use and low resin viscosity. It is applicable in OEM-, industrial maintenance- and transportation coatings, paints, anticorrosive primers, mid-coats/ topcoats and institutional coatings. Ancarez™ AR 550 has a shelf life of 12 months.
