NeoCryl® B-817 by Covestro is an alkali soluble acrylic copolymer. It is used as a dispersant for general purpose pigment preparations. It works as a modifying binder for flexographic & gravure inks, overprint varnishes and surface printing inks. It exhibits good alcohol tolerance and good water dissolution at pH >8. It shows compatibility with NC, CAP, acrylic and acrylic-styrene copolymer dispersions. NeoCryl® B-817 has a shelf life of 24 months.
