ROVACE™ 9900 Vinyl Acrylic Binder

ROVACE™ 9900 Vinyl Acrylic Binder by Dow Chemical is a vinyl acrylic binder. It is APEO-free and demonstrates comparable or even higher scrub resistance than the best of the high scrub PVAs at various PVC levels and volume solids. It does not require the use of coalescing solvents for film formation and application properties. Its excellent pigment binding allows a wide range of pigment volume concentrations from flat to semigloss with outstanding properties. The other distinct advantage is the low odor, both in the form of emulsion and also in finished paint. ROVACE™ 9900 Vinyl Acrylic Binder by Dow Chemical is suitable for solvent-free system. Used in architectural coatings.
