Desmophen® A 870 BA by Covestro is hydroxyl-bearing polyacrylate. Used as a co-reactant in the formulation of two-pack polyurethane coatings such as air- and force-drying automotive refinish and industrial coatings. Offers good gloss retention, light stability and resistance. Desmophen® A 870 BA provides hard, tough but flexible films, high gloss and body, very good weather stability, and good resistance to solvents and petrol.
