Secondary polyacrylic dispersion. It exhibits low VOC, high gloss, good chemical and weather resistance and low thermo-yellowing. The neutral agent for product is dimethyl ethanol amine (DEMA). It is used in solvent-borne, high solids, very high solids and waterborne coatings. It is used for coating large vehicles such as trains, trucks, airplane etc., and in metal, plastic, automotive and industrial coatings.
