BLUESIL™ TCS 7537 A/B

BLUESIL™ TCS 7537 A/B is a two-component heat curing silicone elastomer dispersion (100 parts BLUESIL™ TCS 7537 A & 10 parts catalysts - BLUESIL™ TCS 7537 B & TCS 7537 C). It cures by a polyaddition reaction using solvent-less technology. Exhibits high bond strength without primer (on polyamide, polyester, aramids & glass fibers), fast cure at elevated temperature, low viscosity, excellent aging resistance and excellent adhesion over time on difficult substrates. Provides high tear strength and edge comb resistance. It is easily pumpable to sustain high coating speed and shows versatility in coat weights processing. Suitable for textile coating applications, such as coating of airbag fabrics, technical fabrics for insulation, safety & protection and unscored textiles. BLUESIL™ TCS 7537 A/B has a pot life of 16 hours.
