Bayhydur® BL 5325

Bayhydur® BL 5325 by Covestro is a polyurethane dispersion with blocked isocyanate groups. Used in combination with polyols in the formulation of water-thinnable, lightfast, one-pack polyurethane stoving coatings, and as an additive to improve flexibility, impact strength, and adhesion of conventional aqueous stoving systems. Offers high flexibility and hardness, and resistance to sterilisation. The applications of Bayhydur® BL 5325 are on-line automotive coatings (impact-resistant primers, primer surfacers, top coats), high-quality stoving industrial coatings for electrical appliances, small articles and automotive components and can coatings for finishing fine packagings.
