UCECOAT® 7655

UCECOAT® 7655 by allnex is a low-VOC, water-borne, radiation curable (UV/EB) polyurethane dispersion which is tack-free before cure and after water evaporation. It has been developed for high-end wooden furniture topcoats, both transparent and pigmented, but can also be used for other applications and substrates. It is used in field applied UV curable coatings for concrete, VCT (vinyl composition tile), and resilient floors. The cured formulations are characterized by very high reactivity in clear systems, very good hardness & high scratch-, chemical- & stain resistance. It can be applied by spray, curtain coating & roll-to-roll coating method, roller and T-bar. UCECOAT® 7655 is suitable for coating on melamine paper foils. The shelf life is 1 year.
