UCECOAT® 7177

UCECOAT® 7177 by allnex is aliphatic urethane acrylate in 60% water. Suitable for clear & pigmented wood coatings, wood primer and topcoats for furniture & doors. It can be used as a binder in other industrial applications.

• It is easy to formulate and exhibits very low viscosity & very good compatibility.
• It forms a tacky coating after water evaporation & before UV curing which is re-emulsifiable and thereby can be reused after filtration.
• It is water-borne radiation curable (UV/EB) when formulated with an adapted photo-initiator system.
• The cured products are characterized by high flexibility & hardness, excellent adhesion on wood and outstanding wetting.
• It can be applied by spray and curtain coating methods.
• The shelf life of UCECOAT® 7177 is 1 year.
