SETAL® 1715 VX-74

SETAL® 1715 VX-74 by allnex is a saturated polyester resin with 4.4% hydroxyl content. Exhibits extremely good outdoor durability, no loss of gloss and no yellowing in QUV. Offers high solids content at spraying viscosity, good mechanical properties and chemical resistance. It is suitable for combination with amino resins and poly-isocyanates. It is used in one pack automotive solid color topcoats and clearcoats in combination with amino resins. SETAL® 1715 VX-74 is also used in combination with polyisocyanates like Tolonate HDT or Desmodur N 3390 for two component automotive (OEM) clearcoats and solid color topcoats.
