Alfakyd SF22 BA70 is a short oil alkyd resin, based on synthetic fatty acid and esterified with glycols (~oil content 22%). Exhibits very good chemical resistance, excellent hardness, very high gloss and gloss retention, very light color, excellent yellowing resistance. Compatible with short oil alkyds, cellulose nitrate, aliphatic polyisocyanate, aromatic polyisocyanate but not long oil alkyds. Suitable for use in clear and pigmented polyurethane lacquers, NC lacquers and stoving systems.
