3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic FEP 6300GZ by 3M Dyneon is a water-based fluorothermoplastic polymer dispersion. Exhibits a large operating temperature range, very good non-stick properties, universal chemical resistance, high shear stability and low settling tendency. Shows a high degree of transparency of the polymer film. Improves substrate adhesion and can increase the corrosion protection and gloss of the coating. Can be mixed with fillers or pigments for use in coating formulations. Recommended for formulating systems of coating metal and ceramic surfaces in industrial bake ware, e.g. baking pans or baking trays and non-stick household applications, e.g. frying pans, pots, rice cookers. Various techniques such as spray coating, roller coating and silk-screen coating can be employed. Listed in U.S. FDA, approved by the German Federal Ministry of Health (BGA) and 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic FEP 6300GZ by 3M Dyneon is recommended by the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR).
