StarLight™ FX 25 by Shepherd is a non-warping, micron-thick silver-coated glass flake that is used in liquid- & powder- coatings, dispersions and inks.
  • It possesses brilliant light-reflecting properties & glitter effects, especially in strong sunlight and imparts an unrivalled sparkle & luster to many applications.
  • Its perfectly flat glass flake substrate maximizes reflection and provides a solid base for the metallic appearance.
  • It is easily dispersible, resistant to tarnish & can be incorporated by simple mixing and its platelets offer electrical conductivity in higher concentrations.
  • It gives sparkle, lustre & flash effects at relatively low loadings in non-opaque color basecoats & clear protective topcoats.
  • StarLight™ FX 25 shows compatibility with most resin systems and polymers.
