R-248 is a high gloss, rutile titanium dioxide pigment by Pangang Titanium Industry. Recommended for all applications that require extended outdoor service. Possesses high opacity strength and bluish undertone. Provides the best flexibility in matching existing color tint formulas, and produces clean, bright color. Provides superior weather resistance and flocculation resistance. R-248 is suitable for use in powder coatings.
