HYDROSHINE WS 3004 by Eckart is a special-effect pigment dispersion for water-borne coatings based on highly brilliant PVD-aluminum-pigments with a heavy metal-free encapsulation. The solvent contained in isopropanol (IL) including lubricant and additives. It gives chrome-like effects. It offers gassing stability, humidity resistance and optical performance. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
