DayGlo® A-594-5 Invisible Blue Pigment

Thermoplastic fluorescent pigment which fluoresces blue under UV lighting. It is recommended for a wide range of applications where resistance to strong solvents is not needed. A-594-5 performs well in a system based on aliphatic and some aromatic hydrocarbons. This pigment is usable in water systems where prolonged shelf- life is not required. It is the most economical invisible blue tracer in the invisible tracer product line. Exhibits good lightfastness and UV response for indoor applications. However, the product is not recommended for exterior applications. Used in many applications using SICK optic-electronic LUT scanner-detector systems. It is used in applications such as paper coatings, gravure inks, paints and screen inks.
