Hostatint® Extender 594 by Heubach is an extender preparation that reduces the pigment concentration in a pigment preparation.

It allows more accurate dosing.
In contrast to when just water is used for reduction, key properties of the pigment preparation, such as rheology, settling resistance, and shelf life, are not changed considerably.
Hostatint® Extender 594 is used in emulsion paints and long-oil alkyd resin paints.
