Chroma-chem® 50-990-80487R by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a low VOC, glycol-free, chrome antimony titanium pigment dispersion for water-based coatings. It is a brown-colored pigment with a slight yellow tint. It offers good in-plant tinting performance, maximum pigment loading, excellent pigment development and good rheological properties. It shows good light-, alkali- and acid fastness. It is compatible with water-based epoxy & urethane, acrylic, latex and hybrid systems. It can be used with VOC and VOC-free coating systems as well as in coatings having slightly acidic or alkaline characteristics. Chroma-chem® 50-990-80487R is suitable for leather finishes, automotive interior OEM, general OEM, and marine-, wood-, coil-, IR reflective-, protective and industrial maintenance coating applications. The shelf life is 1 year.
